Serenity Law Updated Business Continuity Statement

Updated: Feb 8, 2021

The UK government have recently announced new national restrictions from 5th November 2020.

During this challenging time, Serenity Law is focusing on supporting our clients, our team members and local communities in which we operate.

We recognise that the novel coronavirus pandemic has created a great deal of uncertainty in all of our personal and business lives. At Serenity Law, along with serving our clients, our number one priority has always been the health and safety of our team. As the situation continues to change rapidly, we want to provide an update on our business operations and how we continue to support our clients.

As Serenity Law already operates and promotes agile working our IT infrastructure allows our partners and team members to continue to work remotely, ensuring that the services we deliver to our clients remain unaffected.

Over the last few months we have successfully worked to avoid disruptions to our services caused by Covid-19 Coronavirus, while at the same time acting responsibly to do what we can to prevent further spread of the virus.

Our office will continue to remain open during the national restrictions and our business continuity action plan is to minimise and mitigate the potential impact on our operations. Our ongoing action plan of avoiding face to face meetings in favour of video conference calls will continue.

Our legal experts are monitoring developments and advising clients on how the restrictions and regulatory changes impact businesses. Please get in touch with Avinder Laroya or Stanley Beckett by booking a free 15 minute consultation by clicking here.

Our team continue to support the business community in particular within the property, retail, restaurant, office, leisure and hospitality sectors.

We thank you for your continued support and patience as we navigate this challenging time together. We encourage our clients to follow the health and safety measures recommended by Public Health England. Further information on the restrictions can be found by clicking here.
