Michelle had been a global senior HR professional for 20 years & has worked across sectors including technology, manufacturing, project engineering, investment banking/financial advisory services & renewable energy. She has been a vital part of global leadership teams that have reshaped businesses, redesigned organisations for optimal performance, and grown them from startups to global market leading companies. As a consultant Michelle gets most excited about supporting organisations in creating cohesive and modern people strategies that support and enables business performance and helps to drive strategic objectives of growth and evolution. Her experience entails all aspects of Human Resources, ranging from organisational design, compensation, recruitment and talent management to training and development, retention strategies, and internal and external communications.
Michelle holds a Bachelors of Arts with honors in Classics from the University of Leeds in England. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and chairs a charity organisation that supports her children’s school.
When not spending time with her two daughters, Tara and Livvy, Michelle likes to set herself personal challenges to support charities which she is passionate about. Most recently, she completed the London Marathon in 2016, the Brighton Marathon in 2018, the Great North Run in 2019 and the UK’s Three Peaks Challenge in 2017.
